Contact us

Customer service is handled by email only, and we answer within 24 business hours. Tell us your order number and what is happening, and we will reply with a clear next step.

Orders are open, and customer service answers US customers by email today.

How to reach us

Write to contact@r36s-console.com. This is the only customer service channel of the shop: we have no phone line and no chat, so every request is handled in writing and you keep a record of each answer. We reply within 24 business hours. Business days run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please use the same email address you gave at checkout when you can, as it helps us find your order quickly. If you do not see our reply, check your spam or promotions folder before writing again. One message per request is enough: sending the same question several times does not speed things up.

What to include in your message

For a question about an order, include your order number, the name used at checkout and a short description of your request. For a return, add the reason. For a delivery question, add the tracking number if you already have it. If the counter does not switch on or does not count when it arrives, attach a photo or a short video of the screen.

For a question before you buy, tell us what you want to do with the counter, and we will answer from the manufacturer's spec sheet, the supplier listing and public sources. We say plainly when a point is not documented, and we do not guess a figure. We cannot give personal advice about health or about a specific object.

If a reading worries you

We are a shop, not a radiation authority, and we cannot interpret a reading for you from a distance. The counter is a consumer detector: it is not a calibrated measuring instrument, not personal protective equipment and not a radon test, and its readings are indicative. For a radon question, use a radon test kit or your state radon program.

If you see an unusually high or persistent reading, move away from the source, do not handle the object and contact your state radiation control program or the EPA. In an emergency, call 911. For an old object that is broken, such as uranium glass or a radium dial, ask your local authority how to deal with it.
