Privacy policy
We collect only what is needed to deliver your order and answer you. This page lists the data we use, the purpose of each use, the service providers that receive it and how long we keep it.
Orders are open, and this page describes how personal data is handled for orders placed today.
The data we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, your shipping address, your email address and your phone number. We use them only to carry out your order and to answer you through customer service. Your cart is kept in your own browser on your device until you check out, so we do not store it on our side.
Your card details never reach this site. Payment takes place on a secure payment page run by Stripe, which processes your card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link payment directly. We receive confirmation that the payment went through and the order details, not your full card number.
Who receives your data
We share your data only with the providers needed to complete your order: Stripe for payment, the warehouse that holds the stock in the United States so that it can prepare your parcel, and the carrier that delivers it, which needs your name and address and may use your contact details to reach you about the delivery.
We use your email address to send the order confirmation, the tracking number and our replies to your messages. We do not use your order data for any other purpose. If you have a question about the data we hold about you, write to contact@r36s-console.com and include your order number so we can find it.
Cart reminder emails and retention
If you tick the box that allows it, we may send reminder emails about a cart you did not complete. You will receive three reminders at most. They stop as soon as you buy, or at any time when you click the unsubscribe link included in each message. Without that ticked box, we send no reminder at all.
The data used for cart reminders (your email address and the contents of the cart) is deleted after 30 days. Order data is kept to carry out your order and to handle customer service, returns and refunds. Your rights over your personal data under the privacy laws of your state are described in the section of this page provided for them.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies and loads no advertising or analytics script.
Only what the shop needs stays in your browser: your cart (local storage) and, during payment, the language of the order in progress (session storage). These are required for the service you ask for, so they do not need your consent; you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
