Shipping and delivery
Delivery is free on every order. Your pocket Geiger counter ships from stock held in the United States, so there is no customs step, and you receive a tracking number by email once it leaves.

Where we ship and what it costs
Shipping is free, with no minimum order. We deliver to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom only, and this page covers US orders. Each US order ships from a warehouse in the United States, so the parcel never crosses a border on its way to you and you have no customs paperwork or import step to handle.
Prices on the US store are shown in US dollars and already include delivery. Where sales tax applies to your order, it is shown on the payment page before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged. There is no promotion, discount code or crossed price to track down.
Preparation and delivery times
Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. The carrier then delivers it in 3 to 6 business days. These windows were read from the warehouse stock on September 28, 2026. They are indicative estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date, and weekends and public holidays are not business days.
If we find that we cannot ship your order within the time stated here, we will email you before that time runs out, give you a revised shipping date and offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund of what you paid. You do not need to ask for it: we contact you first.
Tracking and the parcel
When your order leaves the warehouse, we send a tracking number to the email address you gave at checkout. Please check your spam folder if it has not arrived by the end of the preparation window, then write to us at contact@r36s-console.com with your order number and we will send it again.
The parcel measures about 6.3 x 5.4 x 1.9 inches and weighs about 11.3 oz. The counter's lithium-ion battery is installed inside the device, so it travels as an ordinary parcel. The box holds the counter with its built-in battery, a USB-C cable, the user manual, the manufacturer's inspection slip and warranty card, and nothing else.
