Delivery
Delivery is free on every order. Your pocket Geiger counter is sent from stock held in the United Kingdom, so there is no customs step, and you receive a tracking number by email once it leaves.
Orders are open, and this page describes how UK orders are delivered today.
Where we deliver and what it costs
Delivery is free, with no minimum order. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States only, and this page covers UK orders. Each UK order is sent from a warehouse in the United Kingdom, so the parcel never crosses a border on its way to you and you have no customs paperwork or import step to deal with.
Prices on the UK shop are shown in pounds sterling and already include VAT and delivery, so the total you see on the payment page is the total you are charged. There is no promotion, discount code or crossed-out price to hunt for, and nothing is added to the order after you have paid.
Preparation and delivery times
Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. The carrier then delivers it in 2 to 5 business days. These windows were read from the warehouse stock on 28 September 2026. They are indicative estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date, and weekends and bank holidays are not business days.
If we find that we cannot send your order within the time stated here, we will email you before that time runs out, give you a revised dispatch date and let you choose to cancel for a full refund of what you paid. You do not need to chase us: we contact you first.
Tracking and the parcel
When your order leaves the warehouse, we send a tracking number to the email address you gave at checkout. If it has not arrived by the end of the preparation window, please check your spam folder, then write to us at contact@r36s-console.com with your order number and we will send it again.
The parcel measures about 16 x 13.7 x 4.8 cm and weighs about 320 g. The counter's lithium-ion battery is fitted inside the device, so it travels as an ordinary parcel. The box holds the counter with its built-in battery, a USB-C cable, the user manual, the manufacturer's inspection slip and warranty card, and nothing else.
