Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind and get your money back. This page explains the conditions, who pays for return postage and the exact steps to follow by email.

Our 30-day return policy
You can return your pocket Geiger counter within 30 calendar days after delivery, for any reason, and get your money back. The counter must come back complete with everything that was in its box (USB-C cable, user manual, inspection slip and warranty card), unused or only tried, in its original packaging and without damage.
This policy is our own commitment and comes on top of your statutory rights: your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing on this page limits them, and their details are set out in the dedicated section of this page.
Return postage and faulty items
If you simply changed your mind, you pay for return postage. The parcel is small, about 320 g, and we recommend a tracked service so that both of us can follow it. If the item is faulty, if we sent the wrong item or if it does not match your order, we pay for the return and email you a prepaid label.
If the counter does not switch on or does not count when it arrives, write to us with a photo or a short video of the screen. We will then offer you an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer, and the return is at our cost. Please keep the box and every item in it until the matter is settled.
How to return, step by step
Send an email to contact@r36s-console.com with your order number, the reason for the return and, if it helps, a few photos. We reply within 24 business hours and send the return address and instructions within 48 business hours. Please do not post a parcel before you have these instructions, so that it reaches the right place.
We refund you on the original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your return, and an email confirms when the refund has been issued. How long it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. At the end of its life, never put the counter or its battery in household waste: take it to a collection point for electrical equipment.
Model cancellation form
You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason (details in our terms). A clear email to contact@r36s-console.com is enough; you may also use the model form below, which is not obligatory.
